Marcus teaches Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. He practices these three ancient arts to keep calm, focused and balanced. He has a passion for sharing them with others. Marcus enjoys guiding students through a meditative and challenging yoga sequence and at the same time makes it relaxing and therapeutic for the mind, body and spirit. Marcus has practiced yoga at Vancouver Yoga Center for five years, and has completed their teacher training program. He first practiced yoga with his father who introduced him to Yoga, Zen Buddhism and Tao philosophy at the age of 10. His mother introduced him to Christianity and Mormonism. He has a deep interest and passion for things of a philisophocal nature.
