Classes can fill quickly. Pre-registration
is strongly recommended.
Payment: Cash,
Check, Visa or Mastercard. Make checks payable to VYC.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are available up until 2 weeks into the term, less a $25
administration fee per class registered and a drop-in charge for
each class that has passed. Please honor our refund policy. If you
are unsure if you will be able to attend your registered classes
please come in as a drop-in.
Make-up classes:
If you miss a class, you may make it up at any other class at your
level during the current term. You may not carry
over classes to the next term, nor will a refund be issued for missed
classes. You may also bring a friend as a make-up class.
Office hours: We
are open by appointment only. The Center will be open 15 minutes
before each class. In order to keep a serine environment at the
center we do not have a phone on the property, phone calls will
be returned 9-3 Mon.-Thur. Please leave us a message so we may get
in contact with you.
Drop-In Students: Drop-Ins
and new students please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled
class begins.
Class Etiquette
Please be on time to class.
Be barefoot and wear comfortable,
form-fitting clothing, like shorts or footless leggings with a t-shirt
or tank top
Please do not wear perfumes or other
scented lotions, oils, etc.
Changing areas are available.
If possible, do not eat a big meal
2 hours prior to class.
The Center is equipped with all the
Yoga supplies you need, just bring yourself!
