We believe that yoga practice and teaching is a process, it is not something that can be received in just a weekend or a few weeks or a month. To be a teacher is to be a real student of yoga. Yoga is a way of life and is much more than copying somebody doing a posture. Training to be a yoga teacher entails more than just learning asanas or exercise.

Below is a list of other recommended Yoga Teachers Training Programs.

There are many programs out there that do not offer more than just postures. Training to be a yoga teacher should first and foremost help you to develop a disciplined well rounded sadhana (spiritual practice). The most complete training would be one that fully emerges you into living a sattvic (pure) life. In the following programs you will not only learn but live the philosophy of yoga. These programs are residential , although these programs are long and may take you away from your current life and duties the experience is well worth it and unlike anything you can get in any other format. If you are having time in your life to teach please take the time in your life to get trained.
