Private Yoga & Structural Therapy
Yoga therapy in Vancouver WA. These sessions are ideal for those with chronic or acute
pain. Those that are seeking massage for injuries would benefit greatly by
these sessions. We will work one on one with principles of postural
alignment, Yoga postures and massage manipulation if needed. These sessions
will be directed at things you can do to help relieve pain and discomfort in
your body. A tailored yoga therapy exercise plan will be created for you
that you can do at home. The principles of body posture you will learn can
also be incorporated into your daily life so in essence you can do your yoga
throughout the day. Not only can Yoga Therapy help with injury
rehabilitation but also can be beneficial for scoliosis, other postural
problems, sciatica, bursitis, tendonitis, carpal tunnel, infertility,
headaches and overall health.
These sessions can be used also to deepen or refine your
yoga practice.
