Yoga is our labor of love here at the Vancouver Yoga Center. We do this work for you and for the community. I want to be able to reopen our doors when the COVID-19 crisis has shifted. Please consider supporting the studio in any of these ways:
Students can use their current passes for the online classes that are available on our website.
Current pass holder students can gift their passes back to the studio and pay drop-in or purchase a new pass for the online classes. (Send me an email at with “gift my classes” in the subject line.)
You can schedule a private live-streaming class with any of our instructors $75 class
Donate to our GoFundMe campaign and help us get the word out in the community.
All of our massage therapists are self employed business owners. Help them by buying gift certificates directly from them (see our Therapist page for more details).

Our highly knowledgeable staff teaches the mindfulness practices of yoga as well as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR) Programs.
We specialize in alignment focused Hatha Yoga.
At Vancouver Yoga Center, we offer a supportive community environment where you can stretch and grow. Our comfortable, room temperature classes are paced to allow time to move between poses in a way that supports intention, inner awareness, and learning.
Yoga is about meeting yourself where you are at in the moment, beyond all labels and distinctions. It does not differentiate age, race, religion, sexual preference, gender orientation, or political views. It allows individuals to practice within their own physical ability.
Our studio is also home to highly skilled licensed massage therapists that are trained to address your postural and acute/chronic pain issues.
