Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-Week health education program and evidence-based curriculum developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD, grounded in nearly 40 years of published research. In this series you will develop life-long tools to help you transform your relationship to pain, illness, reactivity and the challenging transitions which come with living life. Learn to access and cultivate your natural capacity to actively engage in caring for yourself to find greater balance, ease, and peace of mind. MBSR is highly respected within the medical community, as it is evidence-based, and offered as a complement to traditional medical and psychological treatments, not as a replacement.
