Supporting a Healthy Mind-Body-Heart Connection

Brandy’s passion and gifts in her work, lie in the understandings of mental and emotional factors that trigger pain and an out of balanced state in the body.

She has a natural intuitive ability to go right to the area of pain and relate it to the possible mental/emotional holding or past trauma and releasing these deeper core causes.

She pulls from a variety of techniques to release held muscular pain and past trauma. Depending on the issue at hand she may use in any given session; deep tissue, Craniosacral, Chinese cupping, essential oils or Reiki or all the above.
